LangGraph SDK 0.4.13 adds cancel_reason to Run and a select option

LangChain released langgraph-sdk 0.4.13, with changes since sdk 0.4.12. The release adds cancel_reason to Run. It also adds select to threads.get_state and threads.get_history.
Why it matters
For builders, a run can now carry its cancel reason and thread state reads can be narrowed with select.
