LangGraph 1.2.20 adds strict resume mode for interrupts

The point

LangChain released langgraph 1.2.20, with changes since 1.2.19. Each interrupt() call in a task now gets its own id. A new strict resume mode refuses stale interrupt answers.

Why it matters

For builders, strict resume and separate interrupt ids make paused agent runs safer to restart without mixing up answers.
