Agent use case: summarize forwarded school emails for parents
The point
A parent on Reddit created a dedicated email address for Meta Muse. School emails automatically forward there, and Muse reads them and reports back any relevant information.
Why it matters
For builders, a dedicated agent inbox turns scattered school mail into one report. Evidence: user-reported, from the Good Bot case list at goodbot.guide.
Key details
- Setup: one email address just for Muse, with school emails forwarded automatically
- Report content is described only as any relevant information, with no schedule stated
- Stated payoff: no logging into the tedious apps and emails to keep up
